BNZ outdoor kitchen

We are redefining the office gathering space on this project for BNZ head office, situated in the humming centre of Auckland’s Queen Street. 

Rhys’ design centres on two moveable island tables, finished in Silicone Oak, that can be put into position to suit their requirements. The larger BBQ table can seat 6 people, while the smaller table can seat 4 people. Making intimacy and conversation easy.

Although moveable the island offers an elegant solution for storage and utility, featuring built-in rubbish & recycling drawers, a BBQ utensil storage area and a hidden gas bottle storage locker. With comfort in mind, our moveable island table has a natural footrest on the base of the island. It’s the perfect height.

This bespoke outdoor kitchen has a handful of sophisticated features such as the rollaway Teppanyaki table with a built-in Artusi BBQ, this interchangeable hotplate accommodates different cooking styles. Pellegrino Artusi, the godfather of modern Italian cuisine, inspired the Artusi brand. His book, 'The Science of Cooking and the Art of Eating Well’ penned in 1891 laid the ground rules for the joy we experience today when having a meal with good friends.
